Joining our organization as a Product Manager means becoming a key contributor to how we deliver value to our clients and scale our delivery capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic and high-impact projects and work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nOwn and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas\nGather and prioritize product and customer requirements\nTranslate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories\nCollaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle\nLead product discovery activities including customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research\nDefine product success metrics and monitor product performance after release\nSupport sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization processes\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on product objectives\nDrive product launches together with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams\nIdentify opportunities for product improvements based on data, feedback, and market trends\nCommunicate product updates, priorities, and progress to internal stakeholders\nWho are we looking for\nPeople who have a professional approach, being constructive and finding solutions in the best interest of the business. You are a quick learner and self-starting, showing drive and initiatives supporting business goals. A great teammate who supports their team and puts the business objectives first.
