Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nWithin our Data Office division, we are looking for a Product Owner Data to reinforce the Data Platform teams providing Data to data consumers.\nIn this strategic role, you will drive the planning, governance, and delivery of one of our Data Office portfolio - ensuring full strategic and delivery control while serving as the single entry point for all Data Office initiatives.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nStrategic portfolio steering\nMaintain the roadmap, backlog, and delivery schedule; track progress against defined milestones;\nConduct capacity planning: assess resource needs and optimize allocation across competing initiatives;\nTranslate business priorities into a coherent execution plan, in close collaboration with architects and data engineers;\nGovernance, risks & compliance\nIdentify risks, interdependencies, and compliance requirements; ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed;\nEnsure data products are delivered with proper documentation, quality standards, and operational readiness;\nProactively escalate structural blockers to management;\nCommunication & Leadership\nAct as the single point of liaison between technical teams and business units\nProduce clear, concise reports and dashboards tailored to each audience level (steering committees, sponsors, operational teams);\nMonitor key KPIs: delivery metrics, data quality scores, stakeholder satisfaction;\nMentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers. In practice this means:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; Master's preferred;\nExperience in Project Management, Product Operations or Digital Transformation;\nProven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary data or technology initiatives from concept through delivery;\nExcellent stakeholder management: able to coordinate across technical teams, finance, business units, and senior leadership;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to think strategically and tactically; turn data into clear, actionable insights;\nExcellent communication and presentation skills: fluent in English, comfortable creating clear requirements, documentation, and reports for diverse audiences;\nHighly organized and proactive: strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to drive initiatives independently;\nAgile and practical mindset: happy to take on ad-hoc tasks; know when process helps and when it gets in the way.\nWorking knowledge of Big Data technologies and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure);\nFamiliarity with BI tools, PowerBI and Excel;\nFamiliarity with planning and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence);\nProfessional certifications (PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master/Product Owner);\nPrior experience in payments or fintech industry.\nPerks & Benefits\nAt Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
