Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nEstablished in different European countries mainly in France, the Service Center Identity Trust & Authentication (ITA) designs, implements and hosts applications of payment which are based on multi-channel of authentication methods.\nYou will participate in the evolution of our ACS (Access Control Server) solution.\nACS is involved throughout the payment process by offering fraud prevention modules, a wide range of strong authentication methods, as well as the implementation of the 3D-Secure protocol. With a volume of over 300 million 3D-Secure transactions per year and no less than seventy European bank customers, you will work on a product that is both mature and constantly evolving, to meet the challenges of tomorrow.\nOur international Chapter is managing projects for many Banks in the Benelux, DACH and Baltics. To support our deliveries, we are looking for a Product Owner coordinator.\nAs an experienced Product Owner, you will take on a support role towards the other Product Owners of the Product. You will act as a facilitator and coordinator, and you will foster continuous improvement and good practice among your peers.\nYou have experience as a business analyst.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nThe product owner is a key resource in our project delivery with our customers, providing a structured approach to delivery, together with the scrum team, the project managers and their counterparts at customer side.\nProduct Owner expectations:\nShared directionContribute to clarifying the vision, the objectives and the priorities at product scale.\nContribute to the product roadmap and to the input for the global roadmap.\nConsolidate needs, risk, dependencies, and expected results to support decisions.\n\nBacklog coordinationFoster single back log management\nSupport Product Owners in aligning their priorities, identifying dependencies or synergies, and avoiding inconsistencies between perimeters.\nFormalize product improvements and propose improvements to customer solutions.\n\nCoordination and facilitationOrganize exchanges between product Owners, Scrum Masters, the Product Team and the wider ecosystem.\nLink with the Product Owners of the central product and help with Product definition.\nShare good practices, support the study of complex topics, and highlight synergies between topics and Product Owners.\nBack up a Product Owner during absences or overload periods.\n\nBusiness and governanceKeep a compliance focus across the product.\nSupport Business Analysts in product analysis.\nPreparation and participation to the Business Committees.\n\nValue and continuous improvementContribute to defining the indicators used to evaluate results, and monitor the value produced. \nEnsure good practices among Product Owners and foster continuous improvement.\n\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers.
