Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nThe product owner will:\nBe responsible for the product delivery and managing the product backlog to maximise the value of product delivery.\nBe a product expert drive for designing and delivering new or upgraded products or functionalities within your area of expertise.\nBe accountable for the quality delivered to the customers (internal and external) in production and functional, reporting to Product Manager(s).\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nProduct Expertise\nAnalyse customer feedback on your area of expertise.\n\nAssess ideas on their business value and technical feasibility.\n\nPresent and share the roadmap on the delivered components with customers, management, and stakeholders.\n\nManagement\nDefine and own the product functionalities and prioritise them into a Product back log for own area and functional specifications (i.e. breaking down the solution into epics and/ or user stories).\n\nManage the balance between priority for incident/problem tickets, technical developments, compliance topics, operational excellence, and new product features.\n\nMay have PandL (Profilt and Loss) responsibility.\n\nProduct Delivery\nProvide all relevant internal documentation and knowledge on the delivered product component to stakeholders.\n\nProvide a roadmap on the delivered components as inputs to the business case and new features.\n\nProvide all relevant documentation and knowledge for the delivered product component to the squad, in such away that they can create detailed technical documentation, support and deployment procedures and monitor velocity.\n\nSquad Management\nLead and motivate the squad(s) by means of providing functional information and context on what needs to be delivered and why:be the voice of the customer.\n\nBe responsible for end-to-end functional quality of the product deliveries together with the squad.\n\nStakeholders Management\nShare with other Product Owners any relevant information to safeguard cross-squad or cross-tribe initiatives to manage dependencies and ensure deliveries (esp.epics dependencies).\n\nGet inputs from Product managers and other (internal and external) stakeholders such as Customer success managers, project managers, IT tribe lead, or customers.\n\nProvide to the Product Management all the information to prioritise the business initiatives to manage the dependencies (Epics) within and across tribes, or other departments pro-actively.\n\nValidate Epic with stakeholders (like and instance Client Operations).\n\nWork with the squad to define and prioritise the content of the sprints and be responsible with the squad for the content.\n\nPrioritise the backlog of the squad to deliver the maximum business value.\n\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers - people who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:\nHigher degree in IT, Management, or related fields.\nRelevant experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in an Agile environment.\nStrong understanding of card issuing processing systems.\nWillingness to learn new things and continuously improve.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms is a strong advantage.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with cloud-based applications and knowledge of Java technology is a plus.\nExperience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plus.\nExcellent written and spoken English (C1).\nPerks & Benefits\nAt Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
