Together, we shape the evolution.\nLong Description\nJob Role = CRM Lead\nLocation = Pune, India\nPune, India | Financial Services / Payments\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions independently across complex CRM landscapes\nLead development across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Revenue platforms including CPQ / Revenue Cloud.\nImplement advanced automations (FLOW, etc), custom development (Apex, LWC), integrations, and reporting\nDrive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, environment strategy, and release management\nUnderstand of the data governance and other initiatives across Salesforce orgs and legacy systems\nEnsure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and data governance standards in a financial services context.\nHelp usher use of LLM lead development and other AI tooling\nRequired Experience & Skills\n10+ years of hands on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise across Core Clouds and Revenue Cloud ecosystems\nStrong, proven hands on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio\nHands on experience with: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud (mandatory)\nStrong command of Salesforce data models, security architecture, performance tuning, and large data volume best practices\nDemonstrated experience implementing Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git based version control, and automated release management\nPrior exposure to financial services, fintech, or payment processing environment\nShape the evolution\nWe are on an exciting journey towards the next frontiers of payments technology, and we look for big thinkers, people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
