Joining our organization as a Senior Business Analyst means becoming a key contributor to how we deliver value to our clients and scale our delivery capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic and high-impact initiatives and work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\n\nCollect requirements from key stakeholders and identify business needs \n\nCreate and maintain documentation, such as requirements specifications and user stories. \n\nAnalyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization. \n\nDevelop and propose process improvements or workflow changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. \n\nAct as a liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users. \n\nCreate and present clear, concise reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. \n\nCollaborate with technical teams to develop business solutions that align with requirements. \n\nTest and validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet defined performance objectives and user needs. \n\nWho are we looking for\nPeople who have a professional approach, being constructive and finding solutions in the best interest of the business. You are a quick learner and self-starting, showing drive and initiatives supporting business goals. A great teammate who supports their team and puts the business objectives first.
