The team is responsible for ensuring payment services remain stable, resilient and continuously improving through effective operational processes, customer governance and service assurance.\nYour mission\nThe Senior Data Analyst (one-year fixed term with potential to extend) will lead the discovery, analysis, documentation and transition of business information and operational knowledge required to support the transition of services from Worldline Services Australia to ANZ.\nThe role identifies information assets across structured and unstructured repositories, coordinates business analysis activities, validates information ownership and quality, and facilitates the secure handover of information in accordance with contractual obligations and information security requirements.\nKey Accountabilities\nLead information discovery workshops across the organisation.\nDevelop and maintain a comprehensive transition information inventory.\nIdentify and document information owners and business custodians.\nAnalyse structured and unstructured information repositories.\nReview Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, file shares and email repositories.\nFacilitate business analysis workshops to understand business context.\nDocument business processes, operational knowledge and dependencies.\nValidate information quality and completeness.\nClassify information in accordance with security and privacy requirements.\nCoordinate secure information handover to ANZ.\nSupport contractual transition milestones.\nDevelop documentation supporting ongoing information governance.\nSkills & Experience\nEssential\nStrong Business Analysis experience.\nInformation governance or records management experience.\nExperience analysing business processes.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement skills.\nStrong documentation capability.\nExperience working with Microsoft 365 environments.\nAbility to work across technical and business teams.\nDesirable\nFinancial Services or Payments experience.\nConfluence and SharePoint knowledge.\nServiceNow experience.\nMicrosoft Purview knowledge.\nTransition or separation programme experience.\nLeadership Attributes\nCurious and investigative.\nExcellent communicator.\nStrong relationship builder.\nHighly organised.\nDetail focused.\nCollaborative.\nOutcome focused.\nQualifications\nEssential\nDegree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent experience.\nDesirable\nCBAP, BABOK, ITIL Foundation or Information Management qualifications.\nSuccess Measures\nComplete inventory of transition information established.\nCritical operational knowledge identified and documented.\nInformation ownership validated.\nSecure information transfer completed.\nBusiness process documentation completed.\nTransition milestones achieved.\nInformation governance documentation delivered.\nLearn more about life at Worldline at jobs.worldline.com\nWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
