Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nJoin our dedicated tribe responsible for the development and services of the Worldline Authorization software suite, \"Worldline Pay Front Office\" (WLP FO). Our team combines expertise in card payment authorization and switching with components for card management back office solutions and fraud detection.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nMonitor the performance, availability, and reliability of our systems and applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs.\nEnsuring the correct running and maintenance activities of the Application Platform\nImplement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify issues.\nHave a holistic end-to end view on the service: application, underlying infrastructure and other dependencies.\nRelease/scripts/packages/libraries installation in production\nGuarantee that the service you are in charge can be installed, configured, changed, and operated I compliance with regulation, security and the expected service levels.\nImprove through automation, the pipeline from development to operations (Ci/CD) and all operations on the service.\nChange request management\nParticipate and validate service designs and changes, with the mission to ensure that quality of operations will remain at the proper level. \nLead incident response efforts during outages or major incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.\nConduct post-mortem analyses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.\nAvailability for on call activities out of business hours - Stand-by\nEnsure 2nd Line of support for incidents and problem management\nIdentify gather and analyze metrics and events from both infrastructure and application to provide capacity planning, performance improvements and incident analysis.\nPerforming technical and business monitoring of application platforms through alerting tools (I.e Zabbix, Grafana, PagerDuty, Prometheus)\nPropose application related evolutions to improve service and deliver quality\nPartner with infrastructure provider as the voice of service delivery\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers. In practice this means:\nOS: Knowledge/experiences with Linux;\nDB: Knowledge/experiences with Oracle or Postgres DB\nKnowledge/experiences with Korn Shell Scripting, Python, Kubernetes\nKnowledge about ServiceNow tool for ticketing\nKnowledge and experience with monitoring tools like: Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty\nExperience on CI/CD, Network management (debugging network issues)\nCloud oriented: GCP knowledge (other provider knowledge/experiences could be a plus; I.e.
