Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nCoordination and handling of service requests received through multiple channels, various activities related to production monitoring and incident, problem, change and escalation management. Alignment with suppliers, clients and processing partners by using established procedures and processes which lead to optimization of the service for our clients.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nManage and resolve incidents, problems, changes, ITIL processes and monitor applications\nAnalyze technical incidents and involve 3rd level support if needed\nMaintain intricate knowledge of the entire SEPA processing and Instant Payment processing chain, i.e., having an end to end view;\nQuickly and accurately determine impact in case of incidents; Implement monitoring for production environments\nEstimate resolution times and establish counter measures in case of high level incidents;\nInitiate improvement plans and prevention of incidents and problems;\nContribute to the introduction of new products; Coordinate and handle service requests\nCover 24/7-standby together with the team (once each second month / in a later stage)\nPropose and perform incident/problem resolution via set of static data and configuration settings\nBe gatekeeper of production changes - Review and perform impact assessment of changes from tribes and other divisions. Deep dive into the changes, review test reports [functional and non functional] and challenge status quo\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers. In practice this means:\n\nExpertise in payments flows such as SEPA, Instant Payments and Cross Border Payments is absolutely mandatory\nHands on expertise in SQL, UNIX, LINUX, Oracle & PostgreSQL databases, Grafana, scripting;\nProfessional approach when dealing with internal and external customers, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;\nHigh degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail;\nITIL certification, proficient in XML/XSD, SEPA; Proven experience in AI adoption and automation;\nExpertise in health check and monitoring capability and related tools such as Dynatrace\nExperience working with Agile methodology and JIRA, Confluence, Github,\nExperience in integration concepts -REST and SOAP principles, message based mechanism, encryption models, authentication and authorization models\nReasonable knowledge Java 8 or above, any cloud flavor, CI/CD pipeline, microservices, one click deployment, software security aspects\nFluent English skills\nPerks & Benefits\nAt Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
