Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nWe are seeking a Product Owner to join a motivated agile squad within the Debit Issuing Tribe.\nThe tribe is diverse, multi-language, multi-technology, and multi-site, delivering highly available services for cashless payment validation and authorization for banks across Europe.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nWork within one of our scrum squads that are fully responsible for their applications from code to production (DevOps).\nFocus on the payment infrastructure, including issuing transaction handling.\nEnsure the performance of services under high constraints (speed, high availability, robustness, quality, etc.).\nCollaborate closely with squad members and align with stakeholders (business engineers, project leads, other product owners) to deliver robust, highly available, and performant software on time and within budget.\nPlan the squad’s activities, manage deadlines, project timelines, and release schedules.\nTake ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the squad’s applications.\nSupport stakeholders by troubleshooting and resolving production issues, driving continuous system improvement.\nParticipate in client workshops as needed and ensure alignment with payments domain requirements.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including Product Increment (PI), sprint planning, backlog refinement.\nCollaborate with architects, operations, testing to ensure good quality and service continuity.\nEnsure that all product and project documentation is maintained, up to date, and communicated effectively, including release notes and customer manuals.\nAbility to understand technical discussions involving legacy applications.\nCapable of translating business requirements into clear technical requirements and working closely with developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nFamiliarity with C/COBOL is an advantage.\nAbility to interpret complex technical and business documentation and identify changes requiring implementation.\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers.
