Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nCoordination and handling of service requests received through multiple channels, various activities related to production monitoring and incident, problem, change and escalation management. Alignment with suppliers, clients and processing partners by using established procedures and processes which lead to optimization of the service for our clients.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nManage and resolve incidents, problems and changes;\nAnalyze technical incidents and involve 3rd level support if needed\nManage ITIL processes and monitor applications;\nImplement monitoring for production environments\nMaintain intricate knowledge of the entire SEPA processing and Instant Payment processing chain, i.e., having an end to end view;\nQuickly and accurately determine impact in case of incidents;\nEstimate resolution times in case of high level incidents;\nEstablish counter measures in case of incidents;\nInitiate improvement plans and prevention of incidents and problems;\nContribute to the introduction of new products;\nCoordinate and handle service requests\nCover 24/7-standby together with the team (once each second month / in a later stage)\nPerform incident analysis with logs, static data and database.\nPropose and perform incident/problem resolution via set of static data and configuration settings\nBe gatekeeper of production changes - Review and perform impact assessment of changes from tribes and other divisions. Deep dive into the changes, review test reports [functional and non functional] and challenge status quo\nWho are we looking for\nDegree as computer scientists or comparable with multiyear professional experience\nAbility to work and communicate in an international and multi-cultural environment;\nStrong interest in supporting and maintaining complex issues\nHands on expertise in SQL, UNIX, LINUX, Oracle & PostgreSQL databases, Grafana;\nExperience in scripting\nProfessional approach when dealing with internal and external customers, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;\nTeam spirit; Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances;\nHigh degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail;\nAbility to be flexible and adapt to change in a complex global organization;\nHigh aptitude for learning and high degree of self-motivation;\nAcquire new competencies and accept new challenges;\nStrong problem solving and analytical capabilities;\nYou are ITIL certified, proficient in XML/XSD, SEPA;\nProven experience in AI adoption and automation\nExpertise in health check and monitoring capability and related tools such as Dynatrace\nExpertise in collaboration platforms such as JIRA/Confluence/Github\nExpertise in agile working practices (Scrum or Kanban)\nExperience in integration concepts -REST and SOAP principles, message based mechanism, encryption models, authentication and authorization models\nReasonable experience in Java 8 or above, any cloud flavor, CI/CD pipeline, microservices, one click deployment, software security aspects\nFluent in German (B2-C1)\nData analytics using GCP or any cloud flavor\nTechnical writing\nPerks & Benefits\nIn addition to joining a global leader in payments, you can also expect an excellent range of benefits.
