The intern will gain comprehensive exposure to the entire M&A process,from origination to closing, working closely under the guidance of former investment bankers, transaction services consultants, and capital markets experienced professionals fromhighly-regardedinstitutions.\nJoin a very ambitious, hard-working and fun team for a very rewarding experience.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nConsider and assess the potential of existing portfolio assets from an M&A perspective, identifying opportunities to enhance value creation\nContribute to the creation of high-quality project deliverables, including materials for the investment committee or top management, acquisition rationale documentation and decision-making support tools\nParticipate in the complete lifecycle of M&A execution, including monitoring due diligence, managing processes, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. This involves liaising with various external advisors and collaborating with internal divisions such as the Legal M&A, the PMI team and the Strategy team\nAssist in the financial analysis and valuation of prospective acquisition targets, ensuring accuracy and relevance in evaluations\nEngage in the identification of emerging key markets and trends for Worldline, while assessing potential future acquisitions\nConduct competitive analyses to evaluate the relative strengths and weaknesses of key competitors, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making\nWho are we looking for\nWe are looking for people who can drive positive change, move forward and lead the way forward - people who are passionate, have a positive attitude and a thirst for learning and progress.
