Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe Opportunity\nYou will be working as part of the Team Issuing Legacy IT/NL/FI & Global FRM and in specific in the cluster of FRAMS. The major focus of the team is providing services for and with our internal customers in the financial processing sector in several countries. Our team not only offers you a wide variety of work, and new technologies, but also the space to develop yourself in an environment where there is a good balance between experienced and less experienced colleagues. You will be working closely with colleagues from the Development and Test departments and project group members on customer projects. We are a team, where each member has their own primary responsibility but with the support and help of colleagues.\nAs team we mainly take care of management and maintenance of a number of Issuing applications for the European and Australian markets. To secure knowledge of a specific part of the business and their typical application issues, we have clustered the applications in the chain and each cluster is responsible for applications that are closely related to each other.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nYou’ll be responsible for maintaining the Cloud infrastructure and developing it.\nAutomating operations using Ansible, Terraform, and other tools.\nContribute to our documentation and runbooks.\nOS tuning for high load\nT-shoot the Network, OS, Kubernetes cluster, and SysOps services (on GCP)\nNetwork Configuration ( VLAN, Bonds, Routings, ...)\nResearch about new technologies and develop the Infrastructure\nCapacity planning and infra setup\nParticipate in on-call rotations\nStorage maintenance \nMaintain development, test and UAT environments;\nSupport test and development teams;\nManage the correct use of the applications during daily operation;\nManage and resolve incidents, problems and changes;\nInitiate improvement plans and prevention of problems;\nContribute to key consolidation projects (FRAMS projects);\nSet and maintain conditions and criteria for the implementation of applications and processes;\nEnsure the 2nd Line of Support for incidents and problem management.\nInstall, configure, operate, and continuously improve the infrastructure platforms to support highly-available and scalable secured services.\nAutomate, test and monitor the platform and its sub-services, from an availability, consistency and confidentiality perspective.\nPropose adapted architectures for our infrastructure platforms and for services targeting our infrastructure platforms, in compliance with regulation, security and the expected service levels.\nIdentify services migration scenarios.\nDeploy validated architectures and execute effective migration of services and data aligned with business requirements.\nWho Are We Looking For\nWe look for big thinkers. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.\nGCP certifications (e.g. Certified SysOps Administrator, Certified Solutions Architect) a plus.\nProven experience as a Systems Administrator with a focus on Cloud services.\nStrong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.\nExperience managing and implementing CloudWatch for proactive.\nProficiency in configuring and managing Cloud services\nStrong affinity with SQL, SOAP / XML, Web services, Windows Server, Linux, IIS, scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Linux shell);\nGood communication skills with the ability to provide a coherent explanation at different levels;\nFull proficiency of the English language is a must.\nAbility to work accurately and independently and with customer focus;\nFlexible with a focus on quality;\nCooperative team player;\nDecisive and result oriented;\nConscientious and analytical worker;\nAchievement orientated;\nGood organization skills capable of enthusiastically completing tasks with the team;\nUseful if you have already gained knowledge of ITIL, Agile and Cloud Environments.\nPerks & Benefits\nIn addition to joining a global leader in payments, you can also expect an excellent range of benefits.
