Together, we shape the evolution.\nThe opportunity\nWe are looking for a Team Lead to join our Merchant Services Customer Onboarding team. Based in Poland, you will lead a team of 12 onboarding agents split across Poland (9 agents) and France (3 agents), supporting merchants using our Axis in-store and GoPay ecommerce platforms. This role involves regular travel to France to ensure strong alignment and collaboration across both locations.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nLead, coach, and motivate a 12-person onboarding team split across Poland and France, ensuring consistent performance and engagement.\nOversee the end-to-end onboarding process for merchants using In-store and eCommerce platforms.\nMonitor team KPIs and onboarding quality, identifying areas for process improvement.\nAct as the key point of contact between the Poland and France teams, including regular on-site visits to France to align priorities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to streamline onboarding workflows and resolve escalations.\nWho are we looking for\nWe look for big thinkers.
