Lead complex incident investigations to ensure platform stability.\nStrategic Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and cloud-native advancements, advocating for the adoption of new technologies where they drive tangible business value.\nWho are we looking for\nTechnical Competencies\n Backend Mastery: Deep expertise in modern Java (LTS) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT).\n Cloud & Infrastructure: Proven experience in AWS (or GCP/Azure). You possess a platform mindset, with hands-on experience in containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).\n Data & Integration: Advanced relational database experience (PostgreSQL/Oracle), including schema migration strategies (Flyway) and complex query optimization. Proficient in designing event-driven, asynchronous architectures.\n Observability & Resilience: Deep understanding of distributed tracing, logging, and metrics (OpenTelemetry, Datadog/CloudWatch). Proven ability to design for failure (circuit breakers, idempotency, retries).\nAI-Augmented Development: Extensive experience leveraging AI coding assistants and CLI tools to accelerate development velocity while maintaining code quality and security.\nExperience & Requirements\nProven Leadership: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a clear trajectory of taking ownership in technical leadership roles.\nStrategic Maturity: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
