The team is responsible for ensuring payment services remain stable, resilient and continuously improving through effective operational processes, customer governance and service assurance.\nYour mission\nLead, manage and perform the testing capability for Worldline Services Australia by ensuring appropriate testing governance, environment management, test execution and quality assurance across all technology changes. The role is accountable for maintaining fit-for-purpose test environments, coordinating testing activities, validating offshore testing outcomes and ensuring changes meet functional, operational and customer quality expectations before implementation.\nThe opportunity\nWe are looking for an energetic hands on test lead with experience in payments solutions and exposure to banking and finance organisations.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nKey Accountabilities\nTest Strategy & Governance\nDevelop and maintain the WSA Test Strategy.\nEstablish testing standards, governance and quality gates.\nDefine testing entry and exit criteria.\nDevelop testing metrics and reporting.\nTest Environment Management\nOwn all non-production environments.\nCoordinate environment availability across projects.\nManage environment scheduling and conflicts.\nCoordinate environment refreshes and test data.\nMonitor environment stability and availability.\nTest Planning & Execution\nDevelop test plans and schedules.\nCoordinate system, integration and regression testing.\nPerform testing where local execution is required.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing.\nManage defects through to resolution.\nOffshore Testing Quality Assurance\nReview offshore test plans and test cases.\nValidate test evidence and quality.\nEnsure adequate regression testing has been completed.\nRecommend production readiness.\nPayments & Operational Testing\nCoordinate testing across merchant acquiring platforms.\nValidate payment terminal, gateway and settlement changes.\nSupport ServiceNow, reporting, customer portal and workflow automation testing.\nReporting\nProduce testing dashboards and executive reporting.\nReport on quality metrics, defects, environment availability and production readiness\nWho are we looking for\nYou come from a payments or financial services background and are keen to hit the ground running.
