Worldline makes them environmentally friendly, widely accessible, and supports social transformation.\nDay-to-day responsibilities\nOperational control of the third-party and Inter Company risk process as an interface between the departments as operational supplier owners and the 2nd line of defense (risk, business continuity, regulatory law, information security, data protection) and the associated ensuring of compliance requirements\nConducting due diligence assessments (1st line of defense, e.g. commercial supplier risks, LKSG, CSR, ethics, sanctions) as part of supplier onboarding and monitoring. Initial review of risk analyzes (prepared by the responsible departments) with a focus on outsourcing requirements of the 2nd Line of Defense (risk, business continuity, regulatory law, information security, data protection). Ensure intercompany services are delivered and received meeting intercompany outsourcing regulations.\nSupport and advice to the departments as operational supplier owners regarding the third-party and inter company risk process and its requirements (1st and 2nd Line of Defense).\nEnsuring proper documentation and reporting to Procurement or the 2nd Line of Defense as well as creating topic-related presentations.\nAdvancement and optimization of the third-party risks and inter company process of the 1st Line of Defense, taking into account legal regulations and generally applicable company standards.\nEnsuring completeness through procedural specifications and initial review of risk analyzes (created by the responsible departments) with a focus on outsourcing requirements of the 2nd line on defense (risk, business continuity, supervisory law, information security, data protection)\nParticipate in projects with subject-specific relevance\nWho are we looking for\nBachelor or Master degree with career aspirations towards finance and IT\nInterest in technological advancements is desirable for the motivation to contribute to the organization.\nA high level of attention to detail is essential, and we need someone who notices things that other people normally do not.\nA high level of organization and planning, and being able to juggle many different activities simultaneously is essential.\nAbility to communicate confidentially and concisely on all subjects.\nAbility to use MS Office tools and applications would be extremely advantageous.\nPerks & Benefits\nPerks & Benefits\nAt Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
