Pour y répondre, nous accompagnons nos clients de la définition de leur stratégie à sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle, en combinant expertise métier, maîtrise technologique et capacité d'exécution.\nRejoindre Magellan, c’est intégrer un collectif de 6 700 talents engagés, unis par une même exigence : accompagner les enjeux de nos clients dans toute leur complexité pour construire des solutions concrètes et activables au plus près des réalités du terrain.\nObjective\nDesign or optimise digital products or services that meet the needs and expectations of users.\nDialogue with stakeholders and the customer and work in close collaboration with the project team and the UI Designer.\nActivity\nManagement\nMonitor not only the UX of the competition, but also trends in terms of UX and new digital devices.\n\nGather information from the various stakeholders on objectives, issues, needs, expectations and constraints.\n\nDefine and implement an exploratory research composed of qualitative and quantitative studies such as: -The UX benchmark: collect and analyse the strengths and weaknesses of competing solutions from an ergonomic point of view and identify value-added features. -Ergonomic audit and/or analytics. -Interviews, questionnaires, observation, focus groups, AB/testing to meet users.\n\nDesign or lead co-design workshops where draft solutions are developed with stakeholders and users.\n\nOptimise and model, in close collaboration with the UI designer, the solutions designed in compliance with ergonomics standards : information architecture, interaction kinematics (storyboard), zoning, static mock-up (wireframe), prototyping.\n\nEnsure that the technical and usage specificities are well integrated in the design of the expected media (web, mobile application, interactive terminal, etc.).\n\nEnsure an inclusive design, which considers the diversity of users and the criteria of digital accessibility.\n\nProduce the ergonomic charter and provide the documentation to the development team.\n\nEvaluate the design drafts and select the appropriate user tests: perception test, usability test, AttrakDiff questionnaire, etc.\n\nEnsure the proper integration and development of the design solutions.\n\nParticipate and initiate the development of the design system of the solution or product.\n\nTake charge during the pre-sales, the qualification of UX needs and proceeds to the costing and the argumentation of these services.\n\nDesign Culture Promotion\nContribute to the development of UX know-how and disseminate best practices within the company.\n\nRepresent the company by speaking at events (e.g.: trade shows, conferences, workshops, etc.) dealing with UX design.\n\nStakeholders Management\nManage a team of designers both locally and abroad and direct all or part of the design activity.\n\nComplexity Level\nLeverage advanced knowledge to manage moderately complex tasks while engaging in continuous learning about organizational processes and customer needs, contributing to problem-solving and operational improvements.\nMagellan figure parmi les entreprises où faire accélérer sa carrière (Classement LinkedIn Top Companies 2026).\nVos ambitions correspondent à nos valeurs ?
