organization\nPreferred: Professional certifications in data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate), financial modeling, or business intelligence are advantageous\nExperience Requirements:\nFresh graduate with relevant internship experience or 2-3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence roles\nDemonstrated expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, advanced Excel/financial modeling, and financial reporting\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nCore Competencies:\nAbility to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous macros, advanced formulas, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis)\nTech-savvy with hands-on experience or knowledge of AI applications and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Power Query, machine learning basics)\nAdvanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and business intelligence platforms, including dashboard creation and data storytelling\nWorking knowledge or exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and FP&A software is a plus\nProficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is desirable\nStrong understanding of financial statements, budgeting,
