Read our story.\nAbout The Role\nAs a Delivery Manager at Worldly, you will act as the manager and critical driver of our cross-functional squads' delivery work and as a partner with our Product Managers and Technical Squad Leads. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with our strategic objectives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, a thorough understanding of the challenges that face software development teams and ways to resolve them, and the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nSDLC Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the development team.\n\nWorkflow Management: Oversee the backlog, understand the work and what the squad needs to complete it.
