As a Scrum Master, you have a specialization towards coaching development teams, Product Owners, stakeholders and managers in agile practices and values.\nThe Scrum Master is a servant leader who enables our Agile teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices.\nYou will be educating and mentoring the teams in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and other Agile methods ensuring that the agreed upon Agile process is being followed to deliver value to customers.\nYou will be responsible for facilitating the team-level events and assisting the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for train-level events.\nRemoving impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. \nThe Scrum Master also helps the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train (ART) and communicates status to management as needed.\nYou will understand Agile and SAFe values and demonstrate them continuously.\nWhat you’ll bring\nExceptional working knowledge in Agile technology delivery and tools\nAn inquisitive personality that is always looking for constant improvement opportunities\nStrong mentoring, coaching and leadership skills\nGood working experience in an Agile environment, preferably in SAFe, Scrum and/or Kanban\nExperience working across multiple technical, software, or business unit teams to develop software solutions\nAbility to understand business and technology concepts quickly and able to facilitate those conversations\nAgile certifications\nIt’s a bonus if you have\nExperience in SAFe Agile framework\nExposure to the Payments industry domain (especially Cards and other payment schemes)\nExperience working in a team developing microservices and/or web applications\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
