Please note thisnota role that we can sponsor or transfer sponsorship now or in the future.\nWhat you’ll own:\nAs a Financial Analyst Specialist, you’ll have your finger on the financial pulse of the entire organization and lead financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering with Global Payments for Platforms Working with a diverse team, you’ll be responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control.\nDay-to-Day Operations:\nDevelop and implement forecasting models to predict financial performance.\nOwn forecasting process from end-to-end.\nEstablish processes and governance structures.\nResearch and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations.\nTrack revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actual to forecasted figures, and making necessary adjustments\nOther related duties as needed \nData Analysis and Reporting:\nConduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.\nPrepare regular financial reports to keep leadership informed about key metrics and financial health.\nAnalysis to support KPIs & OKRs for leadership.\nPerformance Reporting and Insights:\nLeverage advanced analytics to enhance performance reporting and support data-driven decision-making.\nProvide valuable insights into performance metrics, helping prioritize and track progress against overall targets.\nTooling and Process Efficiency:\nAssess existing tools and identify new ones to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce manual effort.\nEnsure tools integrate seamlessly into the overall process.\nPlanning Cycles:\nCoordinate efforts to align with long-range planning (LRP) and annual planning cycles.\nEnsure activities fit into the overall objectives of the organization.\nWhat you’ll bring\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.\n7+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management within the payments industry.\nRevenue accounting experience\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\nKnowledge of GAAP accounting.\nAbout the team \nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $91,900.00-$138,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location.
