This is a permanent role with a broad remit across all Salesforce domains, with a strong emphasis on AI integration, thought leadership, and cross-functional enablement.\nWhat you will be doing\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitect and deliver scalable, extensible Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and demonstrate innovation and leadership.\n\nApply AI capabilities to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows across Salesforce.\n\nLead the Salesforce architecture for our core implementation and key transformation initiatives, includingAgentforce, Data 360, LWC, Flow, Apex, APIs, and reporting.\n\nTranslate complex Salesforce concepts into clear, actionable designs for non-technical stakeholders and developers\n\nConfidently deputise and represent the Salesforce function in director-level forums and decision-making processes.\n\nDrive initiatives independently, anticipate challenges, and continuously seek improvement opportunities.\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, Sales Ops, and other architects to ensure cohesive delivery.\n\nWhat you bring:\nTechnical Expertise\nAgentforce+1 year\n\nData 360\n\nLightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, Flow, APIs, Reporting + 6 years\n\nExtensive Salesforce Lightning Experience and declarative tools + 6 years\n\nAgentforceRevenue Management (formerly revenue Cloud is desirable)\n\nOmniStudioand Salesforce financial services cloud (essential)\n\nFinancial Services Cloud,Agentforce, MuleSoft, Power BI (desirable)Certifications\n\nSalesforce Technical Architect\n\nPlatform Developer II\n\nCPQ and other specialist certifications (preferred)\n\nExperience\n6+ years in Salesforce architecture and development, consulting background preferable\n\nSignificant, large scale implementation experience in afast pacedchange environment\n\nExperience inAgentforceand Data 360\n\nProven track record in fintech or financial services environmentsPersonal Attributes\n\nPassionate about personal development and continuous learning.\n\nResilient and committed to delivering high-impact outcomes.\n\nExceptional ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nDemonstrates a proactive growth mindset and ownership of initiatives.\n\nAble to deputise for directors and represent the Salesforce function confidently.\n\nAbout the team\nIn the Enterprise Operations line of business, we support the full customer lifecycle from lead through to customer retention for the entire business segment.
