This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is passionate about solving complex problems.\nWhat you’ll own \nYou will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and regional teams to accelerate adoption of our FX products, identify opportunities for growth, refine product positioning, and contribute meaningfully to the business's bottom line.\nThe ideal candidate brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude, is genuinely curious about the mechanics of our products, driven to resolve complex challenges, and is motivated by commercial success.\nStrategic Planning & Execution\nDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies for existing and new FX products across regions\nIdentify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new customer segments, product enhancements, and geographic expansion, with a clear view of commercial impact.\nFeed into long range strategic planning with data-driven recommendations and scenario modelling\nAdapt strategies in response to market feedback, performance data, and competitive shifts, maintaining agility while staying focused on long term objectives of the business.\nCommercial Enablement\nCraft compelling product narratives and value propositions tailored to different customer segments, use cases and regions.\nEquip sales and client-facing teams with the messaging, product positioning, collateral and tools needed to effectively communicate the value of our FX products and win deals.\nConduct training sessions and workshops for commercial teams, ensuring they are confident in articulating product benefits, differentiators and use cases.\nMarket Analysis & Product Launch\nMonitor market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.\nDevelop and execute plans for new product launches collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial success.\nPerformance Tracking & Insights\nDefine and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of our FX products across regions, channels and customer segments.\nSupport executive-level reporting with tailored dashboards, briefing materials, and performance summaries that feed into strategic reviews and executive decisions.\nIdentify gaps and opportunities through data driven analysis, helping to refine GTM execution and priorities initiatives that move the needle.\nWhat you’ll bring\n3-5 years of relevant experience (this is a non-leader role)\nStrong understanding of the cross-border payments industry, specifically Multi-Currency Pricing (MCP) and Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) services.\nAbility to grasp complex technical concepts and product capabilities.\nSkilled in market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment.\nProven project management skills with successful on-time delivery.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
