Delivering regular progress/status reports as required.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement\nManage projects from start to finish, including gathering requirements, designing test scenarios, analyzing test results, and providing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.\nExtra consideration if you have:\nSound understanding and experience of Agile working practices \nA background with financial services industry practices, regulations and processes.\nKnowledge of the Generative AI Platforms (GitHbub Copilot, etc.)\nWhat you bring\n3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on functional testing and highly skilled experience in Functional Test approach and Test documentation.\nMust have: Automation, SQL skills, with the ability to use SQL to query and manipulate data for analysis and testing for at least 3 years.\nGood to have: Knowledge in SOAP API, REST API, for automation testing. Working knowledge of API technologies, including the use of Swagger & Postman.\nExcellent communication skills, able to articulate technical and non-technical issues.\nGood problem-solving skills, commitment to detail and the ability to learn quickly.\nMust be a self-starter, personable, approachable and willing to think outside the box looking for opportunities to streamline processes. This position entails working closely with both development and other quality assurance members to create and maintain processes measurements.\nExpertise in SDLC & STLC phases includes - Requirements analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Estimation, Test Automation, Test Artifacts documentation, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting and Review.\nWillingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with other resources.\nExperience working with tools including JIRA, Rally, Jenkins, Git etc.\nAbility to work in virtual teams that are located across multiple locations.\nAbout the team\nAbout the team Our inclusive and global teams win together every day.
