Sitting at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment, you will take full ownership of high-impact marketing initiatives - acting as the central operational bridge connecting Marketing with Product, Data, Commercial, or external partners. \nIf you thrive on bringing structure to complex environments, unblocking teams, optimising processes, and executing high-velocity work with high accountability, this role is for you.\nWhat You Will Focus On\nTake full ownership of varied programmes spanning the marketing function, driving them proactively from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery on schedule and within budget.\nServe as the central operational link between marketing, product, data, and commercial teams, and external agencies to keep all moving parts aligned.\nOwn scopes of work, resource estimation, budgets, shifting priorities, and risk mitigation across complex initiatives.\nTrack project progress with a strict focus on delivery milestones and project completion, stepping in to unblock teams when necessary.\nLead regular status meetings and stakeholder updates, providing clear visibility into programme health for leaders across the organisation.\nRun project retrospectives, applying lessons learned from previous initiatives to continually improve the delivery of future marketing programmes.\nProvide flexible operational support and guidance across the wider marketing function, helping colleagues streamline processes, manage team priorities, and unblock day-to-day needs.\nDirectly manage, mentor, and develop Project Specialists. Set clear performance targets, foster career growth, and conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nA strong track record of managing multiple end-to-end initiatives or complex cross-functional programmes simultaneously within a fast-paced tech or fintech environment.\nOutstanding communication skills with the ability to build trust, align diverse stakeholders, and present clear updates to leadership.\nExceptional organisational skills with deep expertise in project management methodologies, budgeting, resource estimation, and timeline control.\nExperience of marketing strategy, creative production and or GTM strategy working across global and regional teams.\nComfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-velocity, high-growth environment.\nStrong written and oral presentation skills\nExcellent working knowledge of project management software (e.g. Monday, JIRA, MS Project or similar resource management software)\nProven track record of line managing, coaching, or leading small teams (e.g., 1-3 direct reports) \nAI Literacy & Tools\nAs Zepz continues to build AI into how we work, we expect everyone to engage with it as a core part of their role. For this position we are looking for:\nA genuine curiosity about AI and how it can be applied in your area of work - from accelerating analysis and insight generation, to improving how we design and deliver processes and communications.\nPractical experience using AI tools in a professional context - whether to connect information, draft content, build frameworks, or create insights from data.
