We focus on identifying and solving key customer pain points to elevate the end-to-end user experience. Supporting our Customer Service team, we collaborate closely with external partners, manage escalations, and handle complex operational tasks to resolve issues before they impact our customers.\nWe are expanding our Payment Operations team in Cebu and seeking proactive, detail-oriented team players who communicate openly and thrive on solving complex challenges. As an Operations Executive, you will embody our core values-aiming high, embracing challenges, and acting with integrity-while contributing to our team's operational execution and long-term success.\nWhat You Will Focus On\nReporting to the Team Manager for Payment Operations, you will oversee transaction escalations, monitor partner payout performance, and resolve operational issues. Key responsibilities include:\nInvestigating root causes of complex transaction and payout issues.\nCommunicating clearly across internal teams (Customer Service, Partner Managers, Funding, Engineering) and external payout partners.\nIdentifying operational trends to proactively address systemic issues before they impact users.\nContinuously optimizing operational processes and workflows for scale and efficiency.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nCollege degree or equivalent practical experience (Finance or Business-related fields preferred).\nStrong ownership mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to communicate effectively and solve problems systematically.\nExcellent organizational skills with a strong track record of managing deadlines and deliverables under pressure.\nProficiency with Google Workspace and intermediate Excel / MS Office skills.\nFluent written and spoken English communication skills.\nFlexibility to work in rotating shifts as needed.\nNice to Have / Bonus Points\nPrior experience in cross-border payments, remittance, or fintech operations.\nFamiliarity with SQL or advanced data analysis tools.\nAI Literacy & Tools\nAs Zepz continues to build AI into how we work, we expect everyone to engage with it as a core part of their role.
