This is a place where we value trust and high performance, and we'll provide the environment and support needed for you to excel.\nAbout the Role\nPositioned decisively in the first line of defense, this role governs the full lifecycle of internal and external outsourcing arrangements to prevent the Belgium entity from operating as an \"empty shell.\"\nResponsibilities\nMaintains the master register of outsourced and critical/important functions per NBB and EBA outsourcing guidelines, including maintaining the DORA Register of Information.\nConducts due diligence and ongoing oversight of external and intra-group outsourcing providers, tracking sub-outsourcing (chain outsourcing) dependencies.\nMonitors quantitative SLA/KPI performance and service quality against contractual expectations, ensuring providers meet their targets.\nEnsures outsourcing arrangements meet Belgian regulatory notification/approval requirements, including preparing pre-outsourcing filings for the NBB.\nEscalates outsourcing risks or provider failures to local management, enforcing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and reviewing post-incident root-cause analyses (RCAs).\nManages the governance cadence by organizing and supporting the Intra-Group Local Outsourcing Committee (ILOC).\n SkillsStrong expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and direct experience with EBA and NBB outsourcing regulations.\nExperience with SLA/KPI formulation, rigorous contract negotiation, and continuous vendor performance monitoring.\nExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills to bridge the gap between local risk expectations and group service provision.\nAI Literacy & Tools\nAs Zepz continues to build AI into how we work, we expect everyone to engage with it as a core part of their role.
