What does the Pricing Solutions Build & Modernization Analyst do at Worldwide

The Pricing Solutions Build & Modernization Analyst supports the transformation and modernization of Worldwide's pricing solutions by partnering closely with Solutions Engineer and Commercial Solutions leadership. This role contributes to requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, validation, documentation, and process improvement efforts that enable the successful delivery of future-state pricing and budgeting tools.

The position works cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Proposal Management, Contracts, Commercial Operations, and Technology teams to ensure data integrity, support modernization initiatives, and drive operational efficiencies.

What you will do

Pricing Tool Modernization & Build Support

• Support pricing tool modernization and REBOOT initiatives in partnership with the Solutions Engineer.
• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Prepare, validate, and reconcile data used for solution development and testing.
• Execute testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance validation activities.
• Support tool configurations, enhancements, and releases under established governance processes.
• Maintain project documentation, test scripts, and status reporting.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze pricing, budget, and operational data to support business and development activities.
• Develop and maintain Excel- and Power Query-based analyses and reporting.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and integrity reviews.
• Support recurring business reviews, dashboards, and management reporting.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and process standardization.
• Document and implement workflow and reporting improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Commercial Solutions.

What you will bring to the role

Required:

Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Pivot Tables
• XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
• INDEX / MATCH
• Data validation
• Complex formulas
• Data analysis and reporting

Power Query

• Data transformation
• Data cleansing
• Data integration
• Report preparation

Preferred:

• Power BI
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience working with large datasets
• Financial or operational reporting experience

Your background.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, finance, analytics, commercial operations, or a similar environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Success Measures

Within the assignment period, the resource should be able to:

• Support pricing tool build and testing efforts alongside the Solutions Engineer.
• Maintain pricing data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Produce recurring Excel and Power Query reporting with minimal supervision.
• Assist with building documentation, test case development, and continuity activities.
