sources to gather account and credit information.\nConduct customer interviews by phone to obtain required information.\nReview credit reports and summarize findings for internal review.\nEnsure customer information is accurate and entered correctly into company systems.\nIdentify discrepancies and follow up to resolve missing or inaccurate information.\nMaintain detailed customer records and documentation.\nAssist with additional projects and tasks as needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.\nComfortable speaking with customers over the phone and through email.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to verify information accurately.\nOrganized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nComfortable using computer systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office tools.\nCustomer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.\nAbility to analyze information and make sound recommendations.\nPreferred Background\nExperience in customer service, account setup, onboarding, administrative support, credit review, collections, accounts receivable, banking, finance, or related office environments.\nHigh School Diploma or
