Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nThe Role\nAs an Applications Technical Specialist II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.\nProject and User Support\nProvide P6 (Cloud and On-Premise) system technical support to projects and users.\nProactively seek out ways to help projects and users maximize efficiency using P6.\nShadow New Project Teams and ensure project is being correctly and P6 is used effectively. \nReview project system health checks, lessons learned and provide feedback to the P6 Team on user experience and process enhancements required.\nRestore P6 dump in Oracle/SQL database.\nKnowledge of web services and its usage for interface or report.\nSupport maintenance of P6 by gathering requirements, writing specifications, and managing development, User Acceptance Testing and Implementation of the changes.\nSetup a new on-premises instance of P6 using Oracle/SQL database.\nProject Implementation\nAssist projects where required with the set up and configuration of projects in P6.\nAssist in interface development with web services.\nTraining\nDevelop and maintain training documentation.\nDevelop and maintain User Guides and Best Practices Guides.\nDevelop additional documentation as required.\nP6 Knowledge and Continuous Improvement\nMaintain in-depth knowledge of P6 in all modules ( Risk Analysis (PRA), Team Members and P6 Analysis) and associated work processes.\nMaintain and support system integrations with external systems.\nMaintain a high level of understanding of functional work processes and procedures, overall EPC business, and project execution.\nInvestigate ways to improve productivity, efficiency, or information availability and visibility for projects using P6.\nEvaluate new system functionality and determine if fit for purpose.\nCommunicate regularly with location P6 support teams regarding changes in P6 that may impact projects and users, and to understand the status of P6 project implementation and usage effectiveness.\nAbout You\nTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:\n5+ years’ experience with P6 usage, support, administration, Technical and configuration.\nFamiliar with Service Now or other ticketing systems.\nPerformed Migration of Oracle/SQL database and know usage of web services.\nStrong overall understanding of project requirements, deliverables and workflows.\nUnderstanding of training and development concepts.\nAbility to implement, test and troubleshoot systems.\nAbility to effectively deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.\nOther Requirements\nExperience of working in cross cultural environment is highly desirable.\nKnowledge of Oracle and SQL database.\nAble to think analytically in a problem-solving environment.\nAbility to plan, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.\nPeople Skills:\nAble to actively initiate inter-discipline / department dialogue.\nStrong written and oral presentation skills.\nAble to transfer and capture location knowledge and mentor/coach others within the Location to engage in knowledge sharing and system activities.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
