Through strong technical expertise and stakeholder engagement, you will facilitate the successful transition of project systems from construction through startup, commissioning, and final handover.\nYou will be responsible for\nCoordinating commissioning, startup, turnover, and operational readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.\nFacilitating collaboration among engineering, procurement, construction, quality, commissioning, startup, operations, and customer stakeholders to support successful project delivery.\nReviewing engineering designs, specifications, procedures, and construction deliverables to help ensure facilities can be safely commissioned and operated.\nIdentifying potential operability, maintainability, safety, and startup risks and recommending effective solutions.\nSupporting the development and implementation of commissioning execution plans, schedules, procedures, and work processes.\nCoordinating system completions, punch list management, turnover documentation, and handover activities.\nWorking closely with engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and project controls teams to support successful project execution.\nSupporting commissioning readiness reviews and ensuring systems are prepared for testing, startup, and operational acceptance.\nCoordinating pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including flushing, cleaning, testing, calibration, energization, and functional verification.\nCoordinating startup activities and supporting the safe transition of facilities to operations teams and customers.\nMonitoring commissioning progress, identifying constraints, and recommending corrective actions to maintain project objectives.\nPreparing commissioning reports, startup status updates, readiness assessments, performance metrics, and stakeholder communications.\nSupporting contractor coordination related to commissioning and operational readiness activities.\nPromoting a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and operational excellence throughout all commissioning and startup phases.\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance commissioning effectiveness, startup performance, and project delivery outcomes.\nAbout us\nWorley is a global company of energy, chemicals and resources experts headquartered in Australia.
