procurement and subcontracting activities, including review of commercial terms and supplier/subcontractor obligations.\nMonitor contractor and subcontractor performance against contractual requirements.\nAssist in identifying opportunities to reduce contractual and commercial exposure and improve project outcomes.\nParticipate in contract close-out activities, including final documentation, outstanding claims, and lessons learned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.\nProfessional certification in contracts, procurement, commercial management, or a related field is an advantage.\nPrevious experience in contract administration, commercial management, procurement, or project controls is preferred.\nExperience in the engineering, energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or construction industry is
