Reporting to the Worley Contracts Manager the role works closely with the project team and client-facing stakeholders to support contract administration correspondence management and project coordination activities. The position is based in Cairo Egypt with the potential for future assignment at a project site location.Duties and Responsibilities:Support the Contract Management team with daytoday contract administration and coordination activities.\nAssist the Worley Contracts Manager and project team with preparation and review of correspondence procedures and meeting records.\nMaintain contract documentation trackers and records in line with project and company requirements.\nCoordinate internal and external meetings including scheduling logistics and communications.\nSupport monitoring of contract compliance and followup on contractual actions.\nResearch contract documents and assist with resolution of contractual queries.\nHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nPerform additional duties as required to support effective project delivery.\nExperience and QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering or Law.\n3 years experience in contract administration or project support.\nExperience working in multicultural projectdriven environments.\nSpecial Job RequirementsStrong coordination and administrative skills.\nAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel Word Outlook).\nFluent written and verbal English and Arabic.\nHigh integrity and discretion with confidential information.\nAbility to work in Cairo with potential future site assignment.\nMoving forward together\nWere committed to building a diverse inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong can bring themselves and are heard.
