You'll provide day-to-day application support, deliver enhancements, and ensure our digital solutions continue to meet evolving business needs.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, building strong stakeholder relationships, and working across both business and technology teams.\nThe Role\nAs a Digital Solutions Consultant II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.\nProvide day-to-day support and administration for Legal and Compliance platforms such as Brightflag, TrustArc, Agiloft, and Entity Management Systems.\nManage business-as-usual activities, including incident resolution, service requests, problem management, and production support.\nSupport and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.\nWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver enhancements, and improve business processes.\nConfigure, maintain, and optimize applications while supporting platform stability, security, and performance.\nParticipate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, releases, CI/CD, and change management.\nCollaborate with vendors, developers, and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues and deliver successful solutions.\nMaintain technical documentation, monitor application health, and drive continuous service improvement.\nAbout You\nTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications in application support, digital solutions, systems analysis, or technology consulting.\nHands-on experience with at least two Legal, Compliance, or enterprise SaaS platforms such as Agiloft, Brightflag, TrustArc, DPO, or Entity Management Systems.\nExperience across incident, problem, change, release, and production support activities.\nA strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and Agile or Scrum delivery environments.\nExperience supporting REST APIs, web services, middleware, data flows, and application integrations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and drive resolution.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders globally.\nExperience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.\nExposure to cloud-based SaaS applications.\nExperience contributing to architecture decisions and platform strategy.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
