Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nJob Title: Electrician - Onshore\nProject: P66\nLocation: Immingham\nStart Date: Start dates from beginning of December\nDuration: initial 6 month for this project\nHours: 38 hrs per week with option of overtime when available\nRate: £23.45ph + 80p 2nd tier payment, radius allowance and lodge\nWorley is currently recruiting for an Electrician, We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our onshore team on the P66 E&I.\nPurpose/Role:\nTo deliver a high quality, consistent and competent service in the role of electrician in accordance with project/company requirements, standards, and procedures\nTo support overall delivery of company goals and schedule\nTo ensure that the work scope is completed in a safe manner ensuring no detrimental impact to personnel, process or environment.\nPrime responsibilities:\nTo Isolate, Install and then Test & Inspect Electrical and Instrument Equipment within Hazardous Areas. This will include upgrades to existing equipment as well as new installs.\nRead, understand, and implement all applicable company / project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements at all times\nAbility to read, understand, update and red line workpacks and all associated documents/drawings and deliver the works, in accordance with schedules and procedures, to a high standard.\nProvide support to other trades/disciplines where required, or form part of an integrated multi-discipline team.\nAssume the role of a nominated person/Permit holder and take a leading role in Projects as required.\nCarry out detailed ATEX inspections of installed Equipment\nQualifications\nQualifications and Certification required:\nEssential:\nTime Served/Electrical Apprenticeship/NVQ3/\nJIB\n\nCCNSG Card/Safety Passport\nDesirable:\n2391 test and inspection\n18th Edition or equivalent\nComp Ex 1-4\nIdeally all candidates must have the following experience:\nDemonstrable experience within this type of working environment/industry, post electrical apprenticeship/training, with current relevant experience in all aspects of electrical installation, isolation, reinstatement, and testing associated with ’Ex’ rated electrical equipment.\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members.\nDemonstrable commitment to always working safely.\nFlexible - able to comply with company and project requirements.\nAbility to work with other team members / disciplines and in a multi-cultural environment.\nConfident and with an ability to work unsupervised working on own initiative.\nHas a desire to learn and develop within the role.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
