This role develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, manages supplier performance, and ensures procurement activities support project schedules, budgets, quality, and client requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute project procurement strategies and plans.\nSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.\nIssue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and award purchase orders and contracts.\nMonitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement milestones.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, and Finance to support project execution.\nManage procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate supply chain risks.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.\nLead and develop procurement team members while driving continuous process improvement.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.\nProcurement experience, including EPC or industrial project experience.\nStrong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.\nExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
