Including experience in strategic planning within a commercial environment and demonstrable experience in driving industry leadership in HSE performance. Experience in building strong people relationships (both internal and external), general management practices and experience in managing and leading a team.\n\nMinimumhave POM in accordance with Indonesian Mines Department safety regulations and General Safety (AK3 Umum) from Man PowerMinistry.\n\nDemonstrate behaviour and business practices commensurate with a culture of world’s best health, safety and environmental performance.\n\nAssist in developing, communicating, implementing and regularly review systems, strategies, standards and processes (including environmental plans or health management programs) that:\n\nMinimise the potential impact of work activities or work sites on the environment;\n\nManage the impact of work activities or work sites managed by WorleyParsons on the environment\n\nManage recovery from environmental incidents;\n\nPromote safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplaces and behaviour, including workplaces not managed by WorleyParsons and behaviour when not at work;\n\nManage workplace illness and injury.\n\nAcquire and maintain sufficient knowledge and awareness of the workplace environment to identify and manage work hazards and incidents.\n\nCompliance:\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting continuous environmental performance improvement.\nPromote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with ISO 45001, identifying hazards, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety.\nSupport the implementation and monitoring of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001, ensuring compliance with anti-bribery policies, due diligence, and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.\nEmployees are expected to comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continual improvement.
