Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nJob Title: Instrument Pipefitter\nProject: P66 E&I\nLocation: Immingham\nDuration: 12 months\nStart Date: 20/07/26\nRate: basic - £23.45 p/h - radius and site bonus payable\nWorley is currently recruiting for an Instrument Pipefitter for fixed term contract with the potential to extend long term for the right candidate\nWe are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our E&I Projects Team based on P66 Humber Refinery\nKey aims and objectives:\nYou will be expected to understand and follow process instrumentation diagrams (PID’s), instrument layout diagrams, hook-up diagrams and isometric drawings.\nInstall instrumentation, valving, pipe works and supports in accordance with manufacturers specifications and good industry practice.\nDuties likely to be centred around knowledge and capabilities regarding the following:\nFractional and metric stainless steel, carbon steel and copper tube - cut bend & thread as required.\n\nCompression fittings (single and twin ferrule).\n\nPneumatic components, tubing and fittings.\n\nHydraulic components, tubing and fittings\n\nInstallation, maintenance, modification and testing of the above components will form an essential part of your role\n\nRole Requirements:\nPrime responsibilities will include working safely in accordance with site and company rules at all times.\n\nCarry out all work in accordance with vocational training and associated Risk Assessment and Method Statements.\n\nReport all near misses, dangerous occurrences, safety observations and inappropriate behaviour of others to line management.\n\nRead, understand and implement all applicable company / project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the instrument piping work scope is completed safely and to a high standard.\n\nComplete all work scope in accordance with applicable work pack / job card instructions, associated procedures and drawings / sketches. Mark up completed SoW documentation to ‘As Built’ Status.\n\nUndertake site-based training to become a nominated person (NP) for permit acceptance\n\nAssist with compiling Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete work scope in a safe and controlled manner.\n\nQualifications - Internal\nAll candidates should hold the following Qualifications & certification:\n·Current CCNSG Safety Passport\n·Proof of apprenticeship (indentures etc)\n·NVQ 3 or equivalent (SVQ/C&G L3/JIB)\nECITB SBT or equivalent (TSBT01 & 02, Swagelok, Waverley Brownall)\nIdeally, candidates will also have the following experience:\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members\nDemonstrate commitment to working safely at all times\nFlexible - able to comply with company and client requirements\nAbility to work/assist with other team members/disciplines and in a multi-cultural environment\nConfident and with an ability to work unsupervised and work on own initiative\nHas a desire to learn and develop within the role.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
