Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nMajor accountabilities of Position:\nA skilled Instrumentation and Control Engineer with around 10 years of expertise in the oil and gas industry oil and gas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for design Engineering of instrumentation & control systems in complex, large-scale Oil and Gas Projects. \nDevelop and review FEED and detailed engineering designs for instrumentation systems, including control systems, safety systems, and measurement instruments. \nCreate and review instrument specifications, datasheets, and control narratives. Design, install, and configure process control systems, including instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, and level measurements. \nEnsure proper integration of instrumentation systems with control systems such as ICSS, DCS, PLC, and SCADA.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., IEC, ISA, API, etc.). \nMaintain documentation for all instrumentation and control systems. \nEffective interaction with client engineering team for approval of design deliverables. \nRepresent organizational competency and capabilities at various forums. \nOnshore design of Control room, Instrumentation Equipment Room (IES) in the Oil & Gas Industry. Instrumentation and Control System design for the assigned project interacting with other disciplines, client and vendors as required. Design of ICSS, F&G, ESD. \nExperience in the production, design, evaluation and specification of I&C equipment and automation systems, package items and I&C bulk items including cabling in detailed design packages. \nDevelopment of I&C specifications, data sheets, Instrumentation & Control System Philosophy, Control System Architecture, Instrument Adequacy Report , Instrument Index , I&C Cable Block Diagrams , I&C Equipment List , Schedules, I/O list, SIL Assessment Report.\nInstrument Sizing Calculations, Instrument Loop Diagrams , Instrument Hook-up Drawings Layout drawings, wiring details, Equipment sizing, I&C MTO. \nExperience in Preparing Material requisition, Scope of Works, review of offers, technical clarifications & Technical Bid Evaluations for all I&C items such as ICSS, Field Instruments, Valves, Transmitters, Package items, Bulk materials. \nExperience in working in SPI & Aveva Instrumentation. 3D modelling activities related to Instrumentations.\nExperience in preparation of Modification Scope of Work for Existing Control Systems.\nParticipation in site survey and data collection for Instrumentation design. \nParticipation in various Workshops such as Design reviews, HAZOP, SIL, Risk review, Energy Optimization review, Value engineering, constructability & other workshops. \nGood understanding of HSE requirements of both self and within the discipline team. \nEnsuring technical integrity of the Instrumentation deliverables for the project. In particular ensure compliance with the work scope and with applicable international standards. \nWork on proposals and prepare MH estimation.\nQualification:\nJob Specific Knowledge: Experience (minimum 10 years) in execution of Concept, FEED and Detail Engineering for onshore & downstream Oil and Gas projects.Perform engineering design for I&C System for Oil and Gas projects. \nPreparation/review of all I&C Engineering deliverables such as I&C specifications, data sheets, Instrumentation & Control System Philosophy, Control System Architecture, Instrument Adequacy Report , Instrument Index , I&C Cable Block Diagrams , I&C Equipment List, Schedules, I/O list, SIL Assessment Report, Instrument Sizing Calculations, Instrument Loop Diagrams , Instrument Hook-up Drawings Layout drawings, wiring details, Equipment sizing, I&C MTO.\nIES & Control room layouts & Field layouts for onshore Oil & Gas projects.\nGuiding 3D modeler for 3D modelling activity. \n\nIndustry Specific Experience: Good knowledge of ADNOC standards, SHELL DEPs, International standards such as IEEE, ANSI, IESNA, NFPA, IEC Standards. \nEducation - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Graduate Degree in Instrumentation Engineering.\nHSE Capability: Good knowledge of Hazardous Area classification, Instrumentation Safety in design, Sustainable design engineering, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL. \nIT Skills: Computer skills with MS office and Instrumentation engineering / sizing software such as SPI, AVEVA, Instrucalc softwares, etc.\nPeople Skills: Good communication skill, able to guide designers, Junior Engineers. and workshare team. \nExtent of Guidance or Control: Should be able to guide team of Engineers and Designers, Workshare.\nOther: Good command on English language - verbal as well as writing skills, report writing, presentation to client.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
