Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nJob Purpose:\nThe Junior Piping / Mechanical Engineer will support engineering, design, construction, and commissioning activities for Oil & Gas projects. The role will assist senior engineers in piping and mechanical engineering activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, HSE requirements, and ADNOC/client requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport preparation and review of piping layouts, plot plans, equipment layouts, P&IDs, isometrics, piping specifications, and material specifications.\nAssist in piping design activities including routing, line sizing, pipe support requirements, material selection, and piping interface coordination.\nSupport mechanical engineering activities related to static and rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and packaged equipment.\nAssist in preparation and review of equipment datasheets, technical specifications, material requisitions, and engineering calculations.\nReview vendor drawings and documents under the guidance of senior engineers and follow up on technical comments.\nCoordinate with Process, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, HSE, Construction, and other engineering disciplines.\nAssist in resolving piping and mechanical technical queries arising during engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction.\nParticipate in 3D model reviews, design reviews, constructability reviews, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.\nSupport site inspections, piping installation, equipment installation, hydrotesting, reinstatement, mechanical completion, and punch-list activities.\nAssist with pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system walkdowns and mechanical completion verification.\nSupport preparation and maintenance of engineering deliverable registers, technical documentation, reports, and action trackers.\nEnsure engineering activities comply with applicable ASME/API standards, ADNOC/client specifications, project procedures, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.\nParticipate in structured technical training, mentoring, and competency-development programs as part of the UAE National development program.\nQualification & Experience:\nA bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of three (3+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry including minimum two (2) years in GCC region.\n\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
