Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nJob Purpose:\nThe Junior Process Engineer will support process engineering activities for Oil & Gas projects covering design, engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases. The role will assist senior process engineers in developing and reviewing process designs while ensuring compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, applicable engineering standards, and client/ADNOC requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport preparation and review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, process datasheets, process philosophies, and engineering calculations.\nAssist in process simulations, heat and material balances, hydraulic calculations, line sizing, and equipment sizing.\nSupport preparation and review of process design basis, operating philosophies, control philosophies, and process specifications.\nAssist in developing process requirements for vessels, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, separators, and other process equipment.\nParticipate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, design reviews, and other process safety studies under the guidance of senior engineers.\nCoordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, HSE, and other engineering disciplines.\nAssist in reviewing vendor documents, technical queries, engineering deliverables, and contractor submissions.\nSupport resolution of process-related technical queries during engineering and construction.\nParticipate in site visits, inspections, walkdowns, and technical coordination meetings as required.\nSupport pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including system checks, start-up preparations, performance testing, and troubleshooting.\nMaintain process engineering calculations, technical records, document registers, and action trackers.\nEnsure process engineering activities comply with applicable ADNOC/client specifications, international codes and standards, project procedures, quality requirements, and HSE standards.\nParticipate in technical training and competency-development programs as part of the UAE National development program.\nQualification & Experience:\nA bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of three (3+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry including minimum two (2) years in GCC region.d Document .\n\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
