Managing and executing the Projects according to the Field Contract.\nWhat you will do:\nPromote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.\nDevelop and maintain a familiarity and appreciation of capability and ongoing workload of Construction’s support providers / contractors.\nDevelop and maintain functional responsibility for all construction and completions personnel.\nTechnical competence of construction personnel.\nForecast requirement for construction engineering resources and allocate those resources.\nPrepare man hour estimates to perform project tasks.\nPromote cost reduction and productivity enhancing initiatives.\nPrepare weekly progress and expenditure reports on a project specific basis.\nWhat you will Bring:\nFamiliar with Management of Heavy lifting equipment and large Earth moving activities.\nDemonstrated experience of working in the Oil & Gas industry -Must have proven track record in leading a team.\nPre-commissioning and Commissioning and Performance Testing experience.\nExperienced in the specification, evaluation and documentation of equipment.\nWork is performed in accordance with broad technical guidelines and with minimal supervision.\nAbility to work to tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them.\nQualifications / Experience\nFull-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university \nMinimum 10 years of total experience post graduate studies\nMinimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry\nMinimum 5 years of recent experience as a Lead Construction Engineer or equivalent\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
