Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure HSSE goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.\nManages and supports the Project Contracts, Procurement and their associated activities to execute the work in a manner that achieves the objectives of the Project Execution Strategy, Project Plan and Project Procurement \nChampion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.\nComplies with Company policies and objectives, Contracts and Procurement work processes.\nIdentifying, evaluating, and resolving Contracting issues during the EPC / FEED phase of the Contract.\nReview of EPC / FEED Contract Baseline.\nReview of EPC / FEED Contract requirements.\nReview and comment on the division of responsibilities.\nReview of Key EPC / FEED Contract management documents.\nReview of EPC / FEED Contract management procedures.\nAt the start of the EPC / FEED Contract arrange kick-off meeting to instruct the EPC / FEED Contractor on the procedures for EPC / FEED Contract Administration (preparation of accounting, evaluation of changes, notices, interim and final payment certificates, etc.).Ensure compliance with insurance requirements set out in the EPC / FEED Contract.\n\nMonitors any potential incidents of loss/damage likely to lead to an insurance claim. Subsequently, correlates and reviews supporting documentation for any insurance claims resulting from accidental loss/damage to material/equipment, either upon receipt of goods or during the construction period.\nEnsure EPC / FEED Contractor provides and maintains the correct Performance/Bank Guarantees.\nDetermine any additional administrative procedural requirements.\nBalancing Owner relationship and EPC / FEED Contract management requirements.\nSoliciting legal advice, when required.\nReview of the Project records management system.\nChecking and evaluation EPC / FEED Contract Changes; Project Variance Notices, Requests for Change, Change Orders, Amendments, etc.\nEnsure comprehensive implementation of the EPC / FEED Contract Close-out procedures; Final Account, EPC / FEED Contract Closure Certificates, etc.\nEnsuring EPC / FEED Contractor complies with warranty requirements.\nEnsuring the EPC / FEED Contract is properly managed and administered.\nAdministering the EPC / FEED Contract so as to ensure the terms and conditions stated therein are fulfilled.\nManaging Change by controlling the EPC / FEED Contract: scope, cost, schedule and quality of the Project through scope changes and Contract change documents e.g. Change Orders, Variations, Amendments, etc.\nManaging Project risks minimizing Owner’s exposure to financial and legal liabilities.\nReviewing EPC / FEED Contractor reports for areas of concern and potential claims, delays, etc.\nAttends weekly EPC / FEED Contract Administration meeting.\nPrepare and issue, on a monthly basis, the Subcontract Administration Monthly Report for each Subcontract \nPrepares and issues to the Owner, the EPC / FEED Contract Administration Monthly Report.\nReviewing and checking the adequacy of the Project records management system and ensuring the Owner’s and PMC team, together with the EPC / FEED Contractor use it to furnish a written record of the chronology of the Project execution.\nIn conjunction with PMC Project Manager, reviews, evaluates and prepares recommendations to Owner regarding EPC / FEED Contractor; claims for delay, back charges, prolongation, disruption, etc.\nManaging the Project consistent with Owner and PMC policies and legal guidelines concerning good business practice for contract management.\nEnsures documents of commercial sensitivity are secured at the end of each working day and “CLEAN DESK” policy is observed at close of business each day.\nPerforming Construction Site Contract Administration for the EPC / FEED Contract as follows:Set-up electronic files\nManages change management; prepares; site instructions, change notices, change orders, processes quotations and proposals\nManages correspondence to/from EPC / FEED Contractor\nManages correspondence to/from Owner\nProcesses monthly Payment Certificates and Invoices\nMaintains registers for; correspondence, management of change, etc.\nManages completion process\nMonitors EPC / FEED Contract Close-out\n\nQualifications and Experience:\nA bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university, with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including a minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region.\nMust have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.\nExperience within FEED & EPC experience required.\nExperience in PMC roles.\nExperience in Offshore Project required\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects is required\nADNOC experience is required\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
