That’s why we offer flexible and hybrid working options, so you can choose when, where and how you work.\nAs a Lead Cost Controller, you will manage and direct work directly or through supervisors or professionals leading others.\nWhat you’ll do\nThe role responsibilities include:\nLead TIC/TICUM cost control, forecasting, and reporting activities.\n\nDevelop and maintain estimates to complete (ETCs), estimate at completion (EAC's), cash flow forecasts, and cost performance reporting.\n\nMonitor actual costs, commitments, accruals, progress, and earned value performance.\n\nManage trends, changes, and forecast impacts across the program.\n\nEnsure alignment between cost, schedule, progress, risk, and commercial data.\n\nDrive cost governance and reporting through EcoSys, Power BI, and related systems.\n\nProvide leadership, guidance, and quality assurance to project cost control teams.\n\nSupport project and program leadership with actionable cost insights and recommendations.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nSignificant experience in cost control on undergound mining, resources, infrastructure, or major capital projects.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing TIC/TICUM, forecasting, change control, and project performance reporting.\n\nStrong knowledge of earned value, commitments, accruals, cash flow, and cost forecasting.\n\nExperience with EcoSys, Power BI, ERP systems, and integrated project controls environments.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams.\n\nPreferred Experience\nCost Control (Total Installed Cost) for Underground mining projects or similar owner-operated major capital programs.\n\nLarge-scale underground mining developments and brownfield/greenfield projects.\n\nMulti-contractor and EPCM delivery environments.\n\nCost and schedule integration, control accounts, and program-level reporting.\n\nWhy you should apply\nFlexible work arrangements.\nTake advantage of our global on-line learning platform!\nCompetitive remuneration & employee benefits.\nEnjoy a varied & challenging role.\nCareer development opportunities beyond this role.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
