Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nPrimary Objective\nEnsure Electrical design integrity while leading the process engineering group on specific projects.\nResponsible for the progress and quality of assigned tasks within the Electrical area, including the supervision of engineers and design teams.\nTo ensure all work carried out conforms with agreed codes and practices, meets all requirements of the contracts specification and ensure all work is carried out within agreed schedules, budgets and procedures.\nWhat You Will Do\nEnsure work is carried out competently and effectively, within time and budget constraints, and that project objectives are met.\nProvide overall supervision of electrical engineers, designers, and technical personnel during project execution.\nEnsure the integrity of the work scope and that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable codes and standards.\nManage project discipline resource requirements.\nDesign Estimates and production and checking of design documents and drawings.\nPrepare electrical discipline cost, schedule, and resource estimates for assigned projects.\nManagement, technical execution and completion of engineering assigned tasks.\nAssisting the project engineers in the co-ordination and preparation of input into the contract documents for the discipline area, including design criteria, scope of work, procedures and design approach.\nQualifications / Experience\nFull-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.\nMinimum 15 years of total experience post graduate studies.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry.\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Design Engineer or equivalent.\nPrevious experience working with a contractor or in a comparable delivery model.\nWhat You Will Bring\nWorking to and using the company management systems.\nEnsuring compliance to company, client, local and international standards as given in the project PEP etc.\nQuality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc.\nSafety - Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.\nExperience working in a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment.\nDemonstrated experience working in the Middle East project environment.- Attached to populate .\nWhy This Role Matters\nYou will play a key role in delivering safe, sustainable projects by leading a high-performing team and ensuring engineering excellence across all phases of the project. \nYour regional experience and PMC background will be critical in navigating project complexity and delivering value to our clients.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
