Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage all structural engineering activities for the project during FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases. \nProvide technical leadership for the design and analysis of onshore and offshore structural systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and international codes. \nOversee the preparation, review, and approval of structural deliverables, including design calculations, structural analysis reports, drawings, specifications, and material requisitions. \nPerform and review structural analyses using industry-standard software for steel and concrete structures, equipment foundations, pipe racks, buildings, and offshore facilities. \nCoordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of structural design with process, piping, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines. \nSupport constructability reviews, value engineering initiatives, and design optimization to achieve cost-effective and efficient solutions. \nReview vendor documents and contractor submissions and provide timely technical comments and recommendations. \nEnsure all structural engineering activities are executed in accordance with project schedules, quality requirements, and HSE standards. \nParticipate in design reviews, HAZID, constructability workshops, and client meetings as required. \nLead, mentor, and manage a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers, ensuring technical excellence and effective resource utilization. \nInterface with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve engineering issues and support successful project delivery. \nQualifications:\nA bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university, with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including a minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region.\nProven experience in FEED and EPC projects, preferably involving major offshore developments. \nMust have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.\nExperience with ADNOC projects and offshore facilities is preferred. \nStrong knowledge of international design codes and standards such as AISC, API, ASCE, BS, Eurocodes, and ADNOC engineering standards. \nProficiency in structural engineering software \nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments.\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
