The Manager, Field Project Procurement plays a critical role in this journey by leading procurement execution activities that support the successful delivery of industrial construction projects.\nThis role is responsible for coordinating material procurement activities, monitoring supplier manufacturing schedules, expediting engineering and procurement deliverables, and ensuring materials and equipment are delivered in accordance with project requirements. Through effective leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement, you will help drive successful procurement outcomes while supporting safe and efficient project execution.\nYou will be responsible for\nLeading field procurement activities to ensure materials, equipment, supplies, and services are delivered in accordance with project requirements.\nManaging procurement execution plans that support project schedules, budgets, construction priorities, and customer objectives.\nCoordinating procurement activities with engineering, construction, logistics, materials management, project controls, and project leadership teams.\nMonitoring supplier manufacturing schedules, production progress, delivery commitments, and expediting requirements.\nEnsuring engineering drawings, technical documentation, procurement deliverables, and supplier data are received and processed in support of project execution.\nReviewing and interpreting procurement reports, supplier status information, manufacturing schedules, and delivery forecasts.\nIdentifying procurement risks, schedule impacts, supply chain constraints, and delivery challenges, while developing mitigation plans and recovery strategies.\nSupporting supplier performance management activities and driving timely resolution of supplier-related issues.\nMaintaining visibility into critical material deliveries and coordinating actions required to support field construction activities.\nCollaborating with warehouse, logistics, and materials management teams to ensure efficient receipt, storage, tracking, and deployment of project materials.\nSupporting sourcing activities, commercial evaluations, supplier reviews, and procurement recommendations as required.\nPreparing procurement reports, status updates, forecasts, risk assessments, and project communications for leadership and stakeholders.\nProviding technical guidance and support to procurement personnel and project teams.\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen procurement execution, supplier performance, and project delivery effectiveness.\nPromoting compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, project standards, and customer expectations.\n\nAbout us\nWorley is a global company of energy, chemicals and resources experts headquartered in Australia.
