Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\nWhat you’ll do\nThe role responsibilities include:\n·Lead the implementation of project HSE programs, procedures, and initiatives.\n·Provide HSE leadership and guidance to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.\n·Ensure compliance with Worley standards, client requirements, and local regulations.\n·Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.\n·Monitor and manage high-risk activities including lifting operations, work at height, confined space entry, hot work, electrical safety, and permit-to-work systems.\n·Drive contractor HSE performance and promote a proactive safety culture across the project.\n·Develop and deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs.\n·Support emergency preparedness, drill exercises, and incident response activities.\n·Prepare and communicate HSE reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans.\n·Work closely with Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning teams to identify and mitigate project risks.\nWhat you’ll have\nBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.\nProfessional Safety Officer certification or equivalent HSE qualification.\nExtensive HSE experience supporting major construction, industrial, energy, petrochemical, tank terminal, or EPC/EPCM projects.\nStrong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk management, incident investigation, and contractor safety management.\nExperience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, permit-to-work systems, JSA/JHA, and emergency response planning.\nDemonstrated ability to lead safety initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nExperience managing contractor performance in complex construction environments.\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary project team.\nGood command of written and spoken English\nPreferred\nExperience on tank farm, terminal, refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or bulk storage facility projects.\nExperience supporting construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.\nTrainer certification or experience delivering HSE training and awareness programs\nMoving forward together\nWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
