Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.\n\nReporting functionally to the Supply Chain Director, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating integrated supply chain activities from planning through execution and closeout. The role supports the delivery of business objectives by ensuring procurement, contracting, logistics, materials, and supplier activities are effectively planned and executed. The Supply Chain Manager works closely with stakeholders to ensure equipment, materials, services, and supplier information are available when required to meet operational and project needs.\nKey Accountabilities\nManage supply chain execution activities, sourcing plans, procurement schedules, performance metrics, and team priorities.\nIdentify and monitor supply chain risks related to suppliers, contractors, market conditions, capacity constraints, lead times, logistics, and commercial interfaces; implement mitigation actions and escalate significant concerns as required.\nLead supplier and contractor prequalification, sourcing events, evaluations, negotiations, award recommendations, and ongoing supplier relationship management.\nCoordinate supplier performance, logistics, inventory, quality, and information flows to support operational requirements.\nManage equipment, service, and contractor agreements and support contract performance throughout the lifecycle.\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of sourcing, supplier performance, logistics, materials management, forecasting, governance, and closeout processes.\nEnsure compliance with approval authorities, documentation standards, audit requirements, and escalation processes related to commercial, contractual, cost, and schedule risks.\nSupport organizational objectives related to supplier diversity, local participation, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement through sourcing and supplier management activities.\nProvide regular reporting and updates to supply chain leadership and key stakeholders on performance, risks, opportunities, and priorities.\nMeasures of Success\nRequired products, materials, and services are delivered in accordance with business needs.\nSupply chain schedules, forecasts, and commitments are accurate and reliable.\nSupply chain risks are identified, communicated, and appropriately managed.\nSupplier performance meets quality, cost, schedule, and service expectations.\nGovernance, documentation, and approval requirements are consistently maintained.\nStrong collaborative relationships are established with internal and external stakeholders.\nTeam and supplier performance contribute to business, sustainability, and supplier diversity objectives.\nLeadership Expectations\nA collaborative and accountable leader who supports team development, promotes effective stakeholder engagement, drives execution, and proactively resolves issues to help achieve business objectives.\n\nRequirements\n15+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, contracts, or sourcing experience\nDemonstrated experience across the procurement and contracting lifecycle, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract administration, and supplier management.\nStrong knowledge of procurement, supply chain operations, logistics, inventory management, supplier performance, and commercial contracting.\nSound commercial judgment related to supplier management, negotiations, cost control, risk management, and issue resolution.\nExperience working within complex organizations that require governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.\nDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor team members, influence stakeholders, and deliver results through collaboration.\nDegree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
